It is an
understatement to say we miss her. Sometimes we cry, sometimes we
laugh at things that she would have thought were funny and sometimes
we feel her presence.

Friday,
December 1, 2006 will mark Tera’s one year anniversary of her
entrance into Heaven. The cursed brain tumor is gone and we picture
her happily running, dancing, turning cartwheels and playing with
her St. Jude friends and family who have gone before her. There is
a huge hole in our hearts. |

We are comforted by the many ways that Tera’s
friends and family are honoring her memory. Prince of Peace and St.
John (Madison) Catholic Churches will have memorial Masses on Friday
at 8:30 am. Anyone is welcome to attend. Simmons Middle School
will have a moment of silence and Tera’s 8th grade
friends will wear purple on Friday. Simmons is constructing a
wishing well area with Tera’s photo and artwork. A purple wall and
beautiful poem will enhance the wishing well, which will collect
money for St. Jude. One of Tera’s teachers will have altar flowers
in her memory this weekend. Many of you have remembered us in your
prayers and thoughts and we are deeply grateful to you. |

Many of
you know that our family will be participating as St. Jude Heroes
for the Memphis Marathon and Memphis Grizzlies 5K. Dad Pat has
trained for months for the marathon, while Jamie, Abby and Mom Pat
will complete the 5K. We have been happily surprised at the
response to our mostly online fundraising for St. Jude. You can see
the Team Tera websites at
www.stjudeheroes.org. Type in one of
our names to get to the site.

We have
not completed all the thank you notes for the many gifts and
memorials you have given us. Emily Post would be appalled! Please
know we are truly grateful.
Thank
you for your love and support. As always, we feel the prayers and
we are praying for all of you, too!
With
love and appreciation,
Pat,
Pat, Abby and Jamie
